CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Requests for refunds must be received in writing by
May 22, 2009.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date or
for no-shows. All refunds will be processed after ENDO, minus a $50 USD
administrative fee. Send requests for refunds to:
